We do our best to design and build our products to meet your needs, so we’re confident that you’ll love the products you buy from Alpha Technology. However, we also understand that sometimes you may have different expectations for a product. Although the possibility of this happening is small, if you do, please be aware of the following terms related to product returns.
You have the right to apply for a return or refund by sending an email to the seller within 15 days of receiving the goods.
1. If you received a wrong product or the goods are damaged during transportation and seriously affect the safety and use of the product, the seller needs to negotiate with the customer to repair, resend or return the goods. Buyer is not responsible for any costs arising from this process. If the buyer applies for a return, the product must be packaged and returned. The seller will refund within 15 days after receiving the goods.
2. If the product is damaged due to force majeure (fire, flood, earthquake, war and other natural disasters) after receiving the goods, the buyer will not be able to apply for a refund.
3. If the product is damaged due to incorrect operation by the buyer, you will not be able to apply for a refund.
4. If the buyer applies for a return or refund due to personal reasons, the buyer should submit an application to the seller via email within 15 days of receiving the goods. Buyers need to ensure that the product and packaging are not damaged in any way. The buyer needs to return the product by safe means of transportation, and pay for the round-trip shipping fee of the product and the seller’s port of destination.
After receiving the goods and confirming that the goods are not damaged in any way, the seller will arrange a refund within 15 days.
